Job summary

Cheil Hong Kong is seeking a proactive project professional to lead multi-project coordination, time planning and full delivery of creative and strategic initiatives in a dynamic agency environment.

You will develop integrated communication solutions, build strong agency and client relationships, and mentor junior team members while ensuring delivery on budget and schedule. Strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin, plus excellent presentation skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years agency or marketing-savvy client experience; references may be checked.
• Ability to independently create project plans, brief creative teams, manage projects on time and quality.
• Strategic and creative point of view with influence on output.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Organized, detail-minded, with positive mindset and can-do attitude.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Multi-project co-ordination, time planning and full delivery of specific creative and strategic projects.
• Develop and drive integrated communication solutions.
• Leadership and mentorship for SAE and AE.
• Construction on client presentations.
• Work with the Creative / Media to deliver high quality project deliverables within budget and on schedule and post campaign follow up.
• Meeting all priorities and deadlines.
• Support on ad hoc projects.
