Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized University.
• Six+ years of experience in art, auction, private banking, luxury or management consulting industries.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong written, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability in managing, analyzing and visualizing data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and develop deep knowledge of art collectors, their collections and activities, the art and auction industry in Hong Kong, and draw insights relevant to Christie's client engagement efforts in Hong Kong.
• Identify high potential consignors and bidders in Hong Kong across Christie’s sale categories, and develop client engagement plans with specialist department heads, client advisory team and Chairman’s Office.
• Analyze data in Christie’s databases, files, and catalogues, and draw out key recommendations for Christie’s campaigns, consignments and selling efforts among Hong Kong collectors.
• Work with specialists and client advisors on client development ideas, debrief after client meetings and visits, and follow up on opportunities and next steps.
• Support specialists and client advisors in client outreach for Christie’s global sales.
• Organize and conduct client reviews with specialists and client advisors, record meeting minutes and drive action points.
• Prepare client transactions analyses and reports for the Regional Client Strategy Director, highlighting key points and implications, and ensure they are available in a timely manner.
• Ensure relevant client and objects information is properly entered, maintained and updated in Christie’s databases, and adhering to corporate data governance framework and guidelines.
