Job summary

JPC Texson Ltd in Hong Kong and Mainland China is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for a high-end residential redevelopment. Report to the Project Director and lead a small team to deliver design through handover on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate holds HKIA membership, has 10+ years of PM experience in luxury projects, and speaks fluent English and Chinese. The role offers a stable, growth-oriented career with a 5-day week and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in project management, preferably in high-end residential developments.
• Experience managing luxurious residential projects or working with a property developer is a strong advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of local regulations and procedures for building, planning, and land submissions.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage all project stages: design, tendering, contract administration, construction, completion, handover, and defect rectification
• Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and performance; provide regular updates to the management team
• Liaise with internal and external parties, including consultants, contractors, and government authorities
• Review design presentations and detailed design drawings from consultants
• Oversee property maintenance and renovation works during the project lifecycle
