Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a senior restaurant manager to oversee operations and lead the professional service team at a Michelin Star restaurant in Central.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in luxury hotels or western fine dining, with strong wine and spirits knowledge and proven people management skills.

You will report to the Restaurant Director and drive exceptional customer service, staff development, and flawless service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in luxury hotels or western fine dining restaurants
• Solid experience in managing luxury restaurant
• Sound knowledge in wine & spirits
• Excellent interpersonal, people management and problem-solving skills
• Presentable, independent, customer-oriented, attentive and a strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
