Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is recruiting a Restaurant General Manager for a French fine dining group in Hong Kong. The role requires overseeing operation, service excellence, and VIP guest relationships at a luxury level.

The candidate should bring 5 years in F&B with at least 2 years in a leadership role, fluent Cantonese/English/Mandarin (French a bonus), and strong P&L management, to maintain world-class dining standards.

Our client, a distinguished French fine dining restaurant group, is now seeking a dynamic individual to lead the operation of their acclaimed establishment.

Requirements

5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role. Experience managing a French fine dining restaurant in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred establishment is highly preferable.

Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. French language proficiency is an advantage.

Excellent negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills.

Strong P&L management capabilities.

Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing VIP relationships, and leading a large service team.

In-depth knowledge of French cuisine, wine pairing, and classical fine dining service standards.
