Job summary

Gourmet Dining Group in Central, Hong Kong, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager for a Michelin-starred establishment. You will oversee all frontline and back-of-house service, ensuring flawless guest experiences and leading the professional service team.

Reporting to the Restaurant Director, you will drive quality, personnel development, and operating standards while upholding the brand of GDG and its three MICHELIN-starred concepts.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in luxury hotels or western fine dining restaurants.
• Solid experience in managing luxury restaurant.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in luxury hotels or western fine dining restaurants
• Solid experience in managing luxury restaurant
• Sound knowledge in wine & spirits
• Excellent interpersonal, people management and problem-solving skills
• Presentable, independent, customer-oriented, attentive and a strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
