Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is a leading healthcare solutions company in Asia, seeking an Account Receivable Executive on a 4-month fixed-term contract in Hong Kong to cover maternity leave. The role focuses on managing daily AR workflows, client collections, and standard accounting tasks to ensure cash flow continuity.

You will prepare statements, liaise with customers for timely payments, and support ad-hoc accounting duties, with Cantonese/Putonghua and English communication valued.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 1+ year of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable process, including statements and receipts.
• Proactively liaise with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Perform routine daily accounting operations and data entry.
• Handle outdoor banking and postal duties as needed.
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks and administrative support.
