Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking an accounting professional to support the financial and operational management of key client accounts by coordinating payment schedules, invoicing, and balance sheet analysis, while assisting with month-end closing and inventory tracking.

You will prepare month-end accruals, review service income orders, consolidate statements, and manage AP/AR, with SAP and strong English/Cantonese communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience or equivalent.
• Diploma/degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to meet monthly deadlines with high accuracy.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end accruals and schedules
• Review service income orders and issue invoices/billing
• Prepare service income reports and trend analyses by nature and client
• Consolidated statements of accounts and send documents to clients
• Handle vendor accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare balance sheet analysis and reports
• Audit support for internal and external audits
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
