Job summary

OneBullEx is a premier digital asset trading platform seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager based in Hong Kong to lead cross-border private wealth partnerships across APAC. You will build strategic alliances with private banks, family offices, asset managers, and IFAs, and drive revenue-sharing models to accelerate the Spartan engine rollout.

This role is remote from Hong Kong with travel to HQ in Dubai as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business development, institutional sales, or client coverage within wealth management, private banking, or related spaces.
• Based in Hong Kong with ability to travel across APAC and to HQ in Dubai as needed.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory; Cantonese is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic wealth networks with private banks, MFOs, asset managers, EAMs, IFAs, and wealth distribution networks across HK, Greater China, and APAC.
• Design partnership structures, revenue-sharing models, and drive AUM and commercial volume growth.
• Spearhead Go-to-Market execution for Spartan trading solutions as wealth infrastructure for Asian intermediaries.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution and relationship management with high-net-worth partners, conducting Mandarin and English discussions.
• Manage structured sales pipelines, partner rebates, and performance tracking across APAC while working remotely from Hong Kong.
• Bridge Hong Kong & Dubai HQ by aligning APAC requirements with Dubai-based leadership.
• Drive product deployment for new wealth management instruments and oversee industry representation at events.
• Collaborate with Dubai HQ leadership on strategic market feedback and commercial terms.
