OneBullEx is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager based in Hong Kong to drive institutional and private wealth partnerships across APAC. The role focuses on sourcing strategic alliances with private banks, MFOs, asset managers, and wealth distribution networks, while aligning with Dubai HQ for global product launches.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in business development, institutional sales, or client coverage within wealth management, private banking, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate and close complex B2B partnerships with financial institutions.
• Strong Mandarin and English communication skills with a track record of dealing with C-suite clients.

Responsabilités

• Build strategic wealth networks with banks, MFOs, asset managers, EAMs, IFAs, and wealth distribution networks across APAC.
• Design partnership structures, revenue-sharing models, and go-to-market plans to grow assets and volume.
• Lead end-to-end partner negotiations, executive presentations in Mandarin and English, and manage the partner pipeline and performance metrics.
