Blackstone seeks a high-impact Vice President to lead APAC corporate recruitment, owning end-to-end strategy and execution across Legal, Compliance, Finance and Private Wealth. Qualifications

• 8+ years of full lifecycle Talent Acquisition and/or Executive Search experience.
• Experience recruiting across corporate functions such as Legal, Compliance and Corporate Affairs as well as Private Wealth.
• Strong knowledge of APAC talent markets and regional hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruiting process across APAC for corporate-function and Private Wealth roles.
• Develop and refine forward-looking recruiting strategies aligned with regional hiring demand and business priorities.
• Lead recruitment from workforce planning, market mapping and sourcing through offers and onboarding.
• Partner with senior leaders across APAC and global HQ to shape priorities and calibrate talent.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on talent availability, compensation trends, and market dynamics.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future needs and collaborate with external search firms.
