• Ability to map markets and build pipelines for niche AI/ML talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML recruitment across the region with hands-on search and strategy.
• Develop regional talent maps and pipelines for competitive AI/ML markets.
• Engage passive candidates and attract top technical talent.
• Partner with hiring managers on search strategy and market availability.
• Provide market intelligence to inform talent strategy and TA development.
