Job summary

Oxford Economics in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Development Executive to support the expansion of our APAC subscription research business.

You will prospect, engage, and manage client relationships, building a strong pipeline with regional leadership, and help create sales campaigns while staying informed about global economic trends to inform conversations with prospects and clients.

Qualifications

• Some experience in sales, business development, client-facing work, or a commercially focused role.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales of subscription services through prospecting, outreach, meetings, calls, and conferences.
• Identify and research prospective clients across assigned sectors and territories.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, working closely with senior sales colleagues and regional leadership.
• Support the development and execution of sales campaigns for subscription products.
• Attend prospective client meetings and support senior colleagues in progressing opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Maintain awareness of global economic and business trends to support informed conversations with prospects and clients.
