• 5–8 years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or partnership roles within exchanges, brokers, funds, fintech, or financial software/vendor companies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand institutional client channels for the exchange business, including brokers, trading firms, funds, fintech platforms, software vendors, and regional partners.
• Identify and drive new market opportunities and strategic channel partnerships across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and broader APAC.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients and ecosystem partners.
• Collaborate closely with internal product, listing, operations, and compliance teams to support business growth initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to support business expansion strategies.
