Job summary

Arcana, a portfolio intelligence platform used by leading hedge funds and asset managers, is seeking a Sales Director to drive APAC growth from Hong Kong. You will own the entire sales cycle, source new business, and close multi-million-dollar deals with institutional clients.

The role demands deep domain knowledge in portfolio analytics and risk, a strong executive presence, and a track record of exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA or similar is a plus.
• 8–15+ years of enterprise sales experience in institutional investments.
• Experience selling portfolio analytics and risk systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own new business development across Hong Kong and APAC.
• Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from sourcing through close.
• Close complex, high-ACV deals with hedge funds and asset managers.
• Represent Arcana at industry conferences and senior-level meetings.
• Partner with Product and Leadership to translate market feedback into strategy.
