Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a dynamic sponsorship sales professional to join the Regional Events & Sponsorship Sales team in Hong Kong. You will proactively prospect, pitch, and close high-value sponsorships, exhibitions, and bespoke partnerships for flagship summits, industry awards, and roundtables.

Engaging with senior decision-makers across law firms, legal tech vendors, corporate service providers, and consulting firms, you will tailor marketing packages and manage the full sales

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of B2B sponsorship sales or related event sales experience.
• Strong network within professional services is a distinct advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect, pitch, and close high-value sponsorship, exhibition, and bespoke partnership packages across flagship regional summits, industry award galas, and bespoke roundtables.
• Engage with senior decision-makers—including law firms, legal tech vendors, corporate service providers, and consulting firms—to craft tailored marketing and thought-leadership packages.
• Manage the entire commercial sales cycle from lead generation, cold pitching, and customized commercial proposal drafting to contract closing.
• Network with C-Suite delegates, sponsors, and key industry stakeholders on-site during summits and award ceremonies to ensure sponsor satisfaction and secure multi-year renewals.
