Job summary

CBRE in Hong Kong seeks an Asia Pacific Research Data Intelligence Manager to transform commercial real estate data into actionable insights and intelligence. You will lead the APAC data platform development with D&T enterprise teams and cross-functional partners, focusing on data automation, visualization, and enterprise data workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field with at least 3 years as data analyst/engineer.
Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Query and DAX; mapping platform integration.
Experience with generative AI technologies and application to drive efficiency.
Experience with API integration and ODBC connectors.
Cloud platform experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) or Power BI cert.
Project management skills and cross-functional collaboration.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Drive and manage data automation projects for CBRE’s subscription platform and bespoke client data requirements.
Design data structures and workflows with CBRE’s local research teams in Asia Pacific.
Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, ensure smooth data extraction, transformation, and loading in dashboards.
Transform commercial real estate data into information, insights and intelligence to inform business and client decision-making.
Partner with global teams on project implementation, methodological alignment and data integrity.
Spearhead Generative AI initiatives to automate and optimize research processes.
Integrate AI-driven tools and LLMs into existing data workflows to streamline unstructured data extraction.
