Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an Asia Pacific Research Data Intelligence Manager to transform CRE data into information and insights. You will lead the APAC data platform development, collaborate with D&T teams and drive automation, AI initiatives and data integrity across dashboards.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in CS/Data Science, 3+ years as a data analyst/engineer, and strong skills in Power BI, SQL, Python, and mapping tools. English fluency required; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years as a data analyst or data engineer, preferably in CRE or related sectors.
• Experience with data automation, data pipelines and dashboards.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Query and DAX.
• Familiarity with mapping platforms such as ArcGIS or Mapbox.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools and data integration (APIs, ODBC).
• Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) and BI tool certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive data automation projects for subscription and client data needs.
• Design data structures and workflows with Asia Pacific research teams.
• Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for dashboards.
• Transform CRE data into actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Collaborate with global teams on project implementation and data integrity.
• Lead Generative AI initiatives to accelerate research processes.
• Integrate AI tools and LLMs into data workflows for unstructured data.
