Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML with 3+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on Python, modern LLM and AI agent frameworks, MLOps, and data warehouse design.
• Proven ability to scale data platforms and ship production AI use cases.
• Native or fluent Cantonese speaker with professional English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data warehouse and BI platform for reliable global reporting.
• Identify, prioritize, and deploy production-grade AI solutions and autonomous agents.
• Partner with e-commerce, supply chain, marketing and retail ops to translate challenges into AI initiatives.
• Enforce master-data management and responsible AI governance across ERP, POS and e-commerce.
