Invesco APAC Real Estate Strategic Analytics seeks an Associate to manage core market datasets, investments research, and AI-enabled analytics projects. You will contribute to house view development, investor materials and analytics initiatives across APAC markets.

The role offers exposure to market intelligence, data management, and cross‑functional collaboration within a leading global investment firm. Hybrid work setup with ample development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, data analytics or related discipline.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in real estate, investment management, research, analytics, consulting or similar analytical environment.
• Strong Excel and data management skills, with the ability to work accurately with large and complex datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data quality, documentation and process management.
• Ability to produce clear, well‑structured analyses, presentations and research materials for different audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage recurring deliverables while balancing ad hoc requests.
• Demonstrates initiative, a continuous improvement mindset, and an interest in applying technology and AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, reconcile and quality-check market data from proprietary and third‑party sources.
• Produce recurring analytics, charts, dashboards and market intelligence for APAC research and investment activities.
• Maintain data libraries, templates, trackers and reporting processes for consistency and scalability.
• Support the preparation of APAC house views, Investment Strategy Group materials and investor‑facing content.
• Assist with market forecasts and thematic research across key APAC markets.
• Support day‑to‑day market coverage and research across the region.
• Contribute to the adoption of AI, automation and analytics tools to enhance research efficiency.
• Undertake ad hoc analysis and strategic projects in response to evolving business needs.
