BGC Group is seeking an experienced Senior Fixed Income Broker to lead the APAC repo business, with emphasis on China-related products. You will leverage an established client network and deep market knowledge to drive revenue and expand BGC's presence across Hong Kong and mainland China.

The role requires 8+ years in repo or fixed income front-office, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment.

Formación

• 8+ years’ experience in Repo Brokerage or related front-office role.
• Strong repo and fixed income financing knowledge across HK and China.
• Established client network in HK/China institutions.
• Proven revenue growth from client relationships.
• Fluent English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue growth in APAC repo opportunities, focusing on China.
• Provide pricing and broking services for repo and fixed income financing.
• Expand client base and deepen existing relationships.
• Monitor market trends to identify new repo opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
