Links International is seeking a Regional HR Specialist to drive all-round HR operations across Hong Kong and the APAC region. The role sits within a regional HR team and offers hybrid work arrangements from home.

The successful candidate will bring 5-6 years of HR experience in service industries, excellent Excel skills, and familiarity with HRIS. Fluency in Cantonese and English is required to manage local and regional needs.

Formación

• 5-6 years of all-rounded HR experience in service industries.
• High level of integrity to protect confidential information.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; familiar with HRIS systems.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage HR operations in Hong Kong and APAC regions (14 offices).
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, HR orientation, and employee correspondence.
• Maintain employee data, candidate database, reporting and metrics.
• Coordinate with Payroll for accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Support employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to development and retention.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment on occasion.
• Contribute to HR projects such as HRIS migration and policy rollout.
• Provide ad hoc support to the Regional HR Team.
