Osmium Consulting Group Limited seeks a Deputy Head of Regional Credit to lead the APAC structured finance and private credit practice. You will own complex deal structuring and co-create bespoke financing with front-office desks, while evaluating high-yield and asset-backed proposals with rigorous accounting analysis.

The role oversees a 6-7 person team across APAC, focusing on Greater China and ASEAN regulatory frameworks.

Qualificações

• Minimum 15 years of hands-on credit, lending, or structured finance experience in top-tier banks, brokerages, private credit funds, or family offices.
• Direct deal structuring experience with listed APAC companies.
• Knowledge of bespoke financing solutions: Senior Secured, Mezzanine, asset-backed credit, and cash flow financing.
• Strong accounting and balance sheet analysis skills; cash flow modelling and downside protection.

Responsabilidades

• Own and structure complex credit transactions with front-office collaboration.
• Evaluate high-yield and asset-backed proposals with rigorous financial analysis.
• Lead and mentor a 6-7 person regional credit team.
• Manage cross-border risk, recovery strategies, and enforcement in APAC.
• Direct regional transaction execution in Greater China and ASEAN jurisdictions.
