Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Manager-level professional to provide financial structuring and debt advisory services across Asia. You will lead engagements with private equity funds, corporates, and governments, shaping capital solutions from USD 10M to USD 1B.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience in structured or leveraged finance, strong leadership, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
• 8+ years of structured and/or leveraged financing experience, preferably at banks or buy-side credit funds
• Strong leadership, execution, and coaching skills
• Ability to exceed client expectations and deliver high-quality service
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

The Debt and Capital Lead Advisory team offers capital solutions to private equity funds, corporates, and governments in the APAC region, ranging from USD 10M to USD 1B. The team provides services across capital structuring and debt advisory solutions at the board level.

Responsibilities
