Job summary

Richemont, a global leader in luxury, seeks a Regional Controller based in Hong Kong to drive cost management for APAC business units. You will own budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning, while providing decision support and cashflow oversight.

You will partner with the Leadership Team and report to Head of FP&A - RRF APAC. The role requires building efficient reporting templates, ensuring policy compliance, and leading regional finance initiatives across markets in a fast-changing

Qualifications

University degree from a reputable institute.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Controlling or FP&A.
Experience in a matrix organization is valued; retail background is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor business trends across markets; analyze cost and project deviations and advise on budget/forecast integrity.
Provide deep analysis to enable strategic and operational decisions; support Functions resource case studies.
Build templates for monthly reporting, quarterly forecasts and annual budget consolidation and presentation.
Drive process and report automation to improve efficiency.
Align budgets, forecasts and multi-year plans with business strategies; monitor KPIs and financial targets.
Foster financial discipline and ensure quality of forecasts and policy compliance.
Tackle ad-hoc projects to improve functional efficiency and effectiveness.
