Job summary

Richemont Asia Pacific Limited is seeking a senior leader for Regional Finance Operations to drive governance, alignment, and process excellence across APAC markets and the North-East Asia sub-region (HK, Macau, Taiwan, Hainan).

You will be the primary bridge between Group & Market Finance, finance functions, and regional teams, leading regional projects and harmonization efforts while building a strong community of finance operations professionals.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance and Accounting preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in finance operations, accounting improvement, or transformation.
• Experience in a multinational matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain governance over regional finance operations priorities and roadmaps.
• Bridge Group & Market Finance with APAC and global regions to ensure compliance.
• Drive finance process improvement opportunities across APAC.
• Animate the sub-regional finance operations community and build capability.
• Lead cross-regional best practice sharing and regional project delivery.
• Lead governance for North-East Asia finance operations and local implementation.
