Job summary

Aurex Group is seeking an Associate for its APAC strategic analytics and research function in Hong Kong. You will maintain market datasets, produce recurring analytics, and support investment views and investor materials across Asia Pacific.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to enhance data quality and deliver dashboards, forecasts and thematic research, with exposure to Power BI, Python and SQL tools. A 2–4 year background in real estate or analytics is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate, investment management, research, analytics or data-intensive environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong Excel, data-management and data-quality skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a disciplined approach to documentation and reporting.
• Ability to turn data into clear, structured analysis, presentations and research materials.
• Strong organization and prioritization to manage recurring deliverables and ad hoc requests.
• Proactive mindset to improve workflows using technology, automation and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, reconcile and quality-check proprietary and third-party real estate market datasets.
• Produce recurring market analytics, charts, dashboards and investor materials.
• Manage data libraries, templates, trackers and research processes for scalable APAC delivery.
• Support regional market views, investment discussions and investor materials.
• Assist with market forecasts, scenario analysis and thematic research across APAC markets.
• Provide day-to-day support for market coverage and ad hoc strategic projects.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and analytics to improve workflows.
