Job summary

Ares Management is seeking an Analyst to join the APAC Relationship Management team in Hong Kong. You will support investor relations and client servicing for institutional clients across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, working with senior Relationship Managers on a range of tasks.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, at least 2 years in asset management or investor relations, and strong Excel and Salesforce skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in asset management, investor relations, or similar role.
• Knowledge of alternative investment products and corporate finance.
• Strong technical skills, especially in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem solver and highly organized.
• Interest in a long-term career in investor relations.

Responsibilities

• Support the APAC Relationship Management team with various tasks
• Track meetings with investors and maintain Salesforce records
• Participate in client meetings and gather investor feedback
• Coordinate with investment professionals to stay updated on fund performance
• Assist with investor due diligence and prepare marketing materials
• Conduct market research to identify potential client opportunities
• Help with client reporting and communications
