Job summary

Invesco is seeking an Associate to support the APAC Real Estate Strategic Analytics team. You will own core datasets, investment research, and house view materials while enabling scalable analytics for APAC markets.

You will maintain data libraries, produce recurring analytics, and assist with investment strategy materials, reports and investor communications across the APAC region. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, data analytics or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in real estate, investment management, research, analytics, consulting or similar analytical environment.
• Strong Excel and data management skills with the ability to work accurately with large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data quality, documentation and process management.
• Ability to produce clear, well-structured analyses, presentations and research materials for different audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for recurring deliverables and ad hoc requests.
• Initiative and interest in applying AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, reconcile and quality-check market data from proprietary and third-party sources.
• Produce analytics, charts, dashboards and market intelligence for APAC research and investment activities.
• Maintain data libraries, templates, trackers and reporting processes for consistency and scalability.
• Support preparation of APAC house views, Investment Strategy Group materials and investor-facing content.
• Assist with market forecasts and thematic research across APAC markets.
• Support day-to-day market coverage and research across the region.
• Contribute to adoption of AI, automation and analytics tools to improve efficiency.
