We are seeking an Associate to support the APAC Real Estate Strategic Analytics team. The role offers broad exposure to APAC real estate research and investment strategy through ownership of core market datasets, investment research, while supporting house view development, investor communication materials and selected analytics initiatives. The successful candidate will help strengthen the quality, consistency and accessibility of APAC market intelligence across the platform. The role will also contribute to the practical application of AI, automation and analytics tools to improve research workflows, data management and knowledge sharing.
