Job summary

JLL in Hong Kong is seeking an APAC Project Coordinator to support the regional PMO, focusing on data capture, governance and administration to meet client obligations across the APAC portfolio.

You will assist with project set-ups, budgeting, invoicing, onboarding, vendor enablement, and project documentation, coordinating with Project Managers across 10 countries in a fast-paced corporate real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher required; relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and client-service orientation.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in corporate real estate or PMO environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination support to Project Managers across regional projects.
• Set up new projects in client technology systems; manage budgets, cost centres and FX.
• Process invoices and ensure payments within the agreed timeframes.
• Assist project managers in updating project data and resolving discrepancies.
• Input and maintain project data in client systems; track budgets and invoices.
• Maintain registers and generate financial reports for governance.
