Qualifications

3+ years of project management experience across end-to-end delivery.
Strong knowledge of core finance functions and regulatory concepts.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity and multi-task under pressure.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end project execution across full lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with project team, business, operations, and technology partners.
Develop project scope, plans and schedules and track progress against them.
Identify, track, and manage dependencies, risks, issues, and changes; implement mitigation plans.
Ensure finance requirements and target operating models are documented and approved.
Coordinate requirements review, impact assessment, test planning, and UAT for finance standards.
Maintain documentation in the project repository and governance.
