Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Project Director (MAC) to lead the Move, Add, Change function across the APAC portfolio. You will shape regional MAC strategy, governance, and performance while guiding FM leadership through major real estate transformations and live-change programmes.

You will oversee regional MAC delivery, act as the primary escalation point, manage budgets, and drive standardisation and continuous improvement across countries.

What This Job Involves

The Regional Project Director (MAC) provides senior regional leadership for the Move, Add, Change (MAC) function across the APAC portfolio. This role is accountable for regional MAC strategy, standards, governance, and performance, and people management, while also providing critical Facilities Management (FM) leadership input into major real estate transformation, transition, and mobilisation initiatives.

The role combines regional MAC governance and delivery oversight with FM representation for complex, live-environment change programmes, ensuring continuity between project execution and business-as-usual operations, effective risk management, and operational readiness.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Transforming the Regional MAC Function

• Provide regional leadership of the APAC MAC function, including functional oversight of country MAC delivery teams and central MAC support.
• Define and drive regional MAC strategy, governance, and operating frameworks aligned with REO and FM objectives.
• Act as the primary regional escalation and decision point for MAC-related activities.
• Take budgetary control and lead commercial management for the function across all countries, ensuring alignment to JLL and client procurement and financial requirements
• Drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement of MAC processes, reporting, and controls.
• Leverage data, metrics, and technology to enhance visibility, control, and performance across the portfolio.

Transformation, Transition & Mobilisation

• Act as the Facilities Management representative for major real estate and portfolio transformation initiatives.
• Provide FM input into project phasing, sequencing, construction readiness, and operational integration.
• Lead transition and site mobilisation planning to ensure seamless handover from projects into live operations.
• Coordinate closely with Business Units, project delivery teams, and country FM teams to maintain service continuity.
• Support operational readiness, change management, and risk mitigation during complex change activity.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with regional and country-level client stakeholders.
• Ensure MAC delivery meets contractual obligations, KPIs, and agreed service levels.
• Provide clear, consistent regional communication, reporting, and escalation pathways.
• Represent the MAC and FM function with professionalism and a client-first mindset.

Leadership & People Management

• Provide functional leadership to country MAC leads and regional MAC resources.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, health & safety, and service excellence.
• Support capability development, succession planning, and effective resource allocation.
• Drive alignment and collaboration between MAC, FM, and project delivery teams.

Experience & Qualifications

• Extensive experience in MAC, workplace delivery, facilities management, or project transition roles within corporate real estate.
• Demonstrated experience leading regional or multi-country teams and governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of FM operations within live business environments.
• Proven ability to manage interfaces between capital projects and operational teams.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline (preferred)
• Fluent written and verbal English; additional APAC languages advantageous.
