Job summary

JLL APAC seeks a Project Coordinator to support regional projects by providing technical coordination and admin services within the PMO, focusing on data capture and validation in Morgan Stanley systems to meet contractual obligations across the client property portfolio.

You will coordinate with Programme Managers, assist with budget and invoicing processes, vendor onboarding, and project reporting, while following Client and JLL governance in a live CRE office.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or degree-level education.
• Minimum 4–5 years in corporate real estate or related field.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Good time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination support to Project Managers across APAC regional projects.
• Assist with budget breakdowns, invoicing, and vendor onboarding within Client and JLL systems.
• Maintain project data in internal systems and ensure timely reporting.
• Support governance and process adherence in a live CRE environment.
• Coordinate with procurement and accounts payable to set up vendors.
