Job summary

SHL is seeking a Project Manager – APAC (Hong Kong) to own end-to-end delivery of assessment, insight and training projects across the APAC region. The role is based in Hong Kong and involves managing timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications within a collaborative team setting.

You will lead small to mid-sized client-facing projects, coordinate with Account Managers and delivery teams, and help identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience managing small to medium client-facing projects.
Familiarity with project management processes, systems and tools.
Able to manage multiple projects under changing priorities.
Business-level English; Salesforce proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Lead small to mid-sized projects across our Professional Services portfolio end-to-end.
Plan, organise and execute projects in line with approved timelines and budgets.
Identify risks early and put contingencies in place to keep projects on track.
Manage change requests and communicate their impact on schedules and stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with Account Managers, Consultants and internal delivery teams.
Support business development by spotting growth opportunities within existing projects.
Contribute to new processes, documentation and standardisation across the team.
