Job summary

Odoo is seeking a Partner Manager for APAC to drive partner growth across the region from Hong Kong. You will train partners on selling and implementing Odoo solutions, and tailor implementation packages to win new business with diverse clients.

Collaborate with partners to qualify end customers, negotiate deals, and ensure alignment with Odoo’s strategies. You will engage with an international team in a fast-paced start-up environment and contribute to long-term partner success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Fluent English plus one of Thai / Tagalog / Taiwanese.
• Strong awareness of software and new technology.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; target-driven.
• Passionate about sales and results.
• Flexible mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train partners on selling and implementing Odoo solutions.
• Collaborate with partners to offer tailored implementation packages for end customers.
• Qualify end customers by analyzing needs and recommending local partners.
• Negotiate or facilitate negotiations between partners and customers.
• Understand partner operations and how Odoo fits into their business model.
• Retain and develop long-term partner relationships and ensure strategic alignment.
