Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Member Services Specialist to manage luxury lifestyle requests across travel, dining, retail and entertainment. You will use local knowledge, networks and research skills to deliver personalised solutions in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

You’ll join a dynamic, global team and contribute to exceptional member experiences with flexibility for hybrid work and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

Native-level Mandarin and Cantonese, with fluent English communication.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with members and suppliers.
Creative problem-solving and resourceful approach to complex requests.
Initiative and independence; ability to take ownership of tasks.
Strong research skills to quickly find relevant information.
Excellent digital and internet navigation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Strong organisation and prioritisation abilities with attention to detail.
Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, service-led environment.
Collaborative mindset; comfortable working across a multicultural team.
Experience in travel/luxury hospitality or related service industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create exceptional experiences by handling a diverse range of lifestyle, travel, dining, retail and entertainment requests for members.
Research, source and recommend personalised solutions reflecting individual tastes and expectations.
Utilise local knowledge, relationships, and networks to solve complex requests.
Build meaningful relationships with members and suppliers; communicate in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Become a local expert on Hong Kong and beyond; knowledge of top restaurants, hotels, events and experiences.
Collaborate with APAC colleagues and Ten’s international teams to deliver cross-market solutions.
Share knowledge and connections with the wider team to enhance member experiences.
Juggle multiple requests with organisation, responsiveness and attention to detail.
Be available to ensure seamless service throughout the day and into the evening.
Suggest unique experiences and hard-to-find arrangements to delight members.
