Luxury Fashion Brand in Hong Kong seeks a Client Development Director to deepen relationships with HNW and UHNW clients across Asia Pacific. The role requires a sophisticated luxury mindset, exceptional relationship-building, and a deep understanding of UHNW client landscapes.

The successful candidate will lead CRM initiatives, drive revenue growth, and partner with sales, marketing, and retail teams to curate bespoke client experiences across key APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in art, fashion or high jewelry design.
• 10+ years in luxury retail, high jewelry, watches, fashion, hospitality, private banking, art or related UHNW sectors.
• Demonstrated success managing relationships with HNW/UHNW across Asia.
• Strong network in luxury circles, collectors, family offices or VIP communities preferred.
• Proven CRM, clienteling and client engagement leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic APAC client development roadmap.
• Drive acquisition, retention and reactivation for HNW/UHNW clients.
• Build relationships with private collectors, family offices, VIPs and influencers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, communications and retail teams for bespoke experiences.
• Lead CRM initiatives to strengthen client engagement and lifetime value.
• Identify opportunities to expand market share and deepen networks across APAC.
• Develop exclusive events, private viewings and client programs.
• Monitor luxury consumer trends and competitor activity across APAC markets.
• Coach commercial teams on clienteling best practices.
• Deliver revenue growth through targeted client development strategies and cross-market collaboration.
