Job summary

Endeavour Search Ltd. is seeking a Network Infrastructure Specialist for an APAC in-house role based in Hong Kong. You will implement, support and troubleshoot wired/wireless IT/OT network infrastructure and coordinate with vendors to ensure reliable operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of IT Network & Infrastructure experience, strong TCP/IP knowledge, and CCNP certification is preferred. You will manage CMDBs, assets, and participate in security audits while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or higher in IT/CS
• At least 5 years of IT Network & Infrastructure experience
• Extensive knowledge of VLAN, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, DMVPN, SDWAN and network security
• CCNP certified highly preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Implementation, support and troubleshooting of network infrastructure including wired/wireless/IT/OT/cabling and data center facilities
• Responsible for timely expansion of IT Infrastructure as required by project plan
• Manage information, layout, install, configure, maintain and recover IT/network/server/communication equipment during construction, commissioning and operations
• Maintain CMDB, inventory and asset control for all devices
• Perform periodic network assessments and network/security audits
• Manage technical vendors, contractors and infrastructure consultants; plan and implement service SLAs
• Process and handle tickets & service requests escalated from entry-level and support team
