Job summary

Kerry Consulting is partnering with a leading multinational to hire a Regional Internal Controls Lead for APAC. You will lead the controls program, align with corporate frameworks, and partner with senior business and finance stakeholders to strengthen governance and drive process excellence.

The role focuses on assessing control effectiveness, identifying gaps, and remediating deficiencies through automation and standardisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12 years in Internal Controls, Internal Audit, Risk or related finance disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of audit processes and governance frameworks (US GAAP/IFRS).
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Internal Controls programme across APAC aligning with policies and governance.
• Assess effectiveness of key controls, identify gaps and risks for improvement.
• Drive remediation and strengthen controls through process improvements and automation.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to embed governance across business processes.
