Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking an executive to lead Asia Pacific Internal Controls (ICS), reporting to the APAC Regional Finance Director, to safeguard controls and governance risks across the region.

The role requires a seasoned leader who can harmonise risk governance, drive the ICs teams, and partner with Maisons and corporate functions in a complex matrix environment while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across markets.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field (Business/Finance/Law).
• Certified Internal Auditor or equivalent (CPA) with knowledge of international accounting/auditing standards; CISA a plus.
• 15 years of experience in multinational settings with matrix structures; at least 5 years in internal controls/audit/compliance.
• Experience with SAP or similar governance systems; IT-audits exposure is advantageous.
• Experience in large-scale retail/e-commerce APAC context is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate governance directives into practical, consistent APAC frameworks with regional/local management.
• Lead and coordinate ICS teams with a harmonised risk governance mechanism across markets.
• Ensure timely completion of IC reviews, boutique reviews, risk assessments and compliance testing.
• Embed governance in processes, systems and regulatory requirements; partner with Maisons and corporate functions.
• Support audits, resolve findings and guide regional policy development.
