JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Hong Kong seeks an Executive Director, APAC Head of Human Resource Controls to lead risk controls across key HR processes. You will influence senior stakeholders, embed scalable controls, and drive automation while maintaining strong governance and risk oversight.

You will partner with HR leaders to strengthen risk management, lead regional governance forums, and champion control-by-design in new initiatives. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in operational risk, controls, or related risk discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in banking or financial services.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on risk decisions and control outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Asia Pacific HR control framework across end-to-end employee and manager processes.
• Partner with senior HR stakeholders to identify material risks and advise on control design.
• Act as trusted advisor to HR leadership on control risks, governance, and remediation trade-offs.
• Drive ongoing risk assessment in support of change and product transformation.
• Provide independent risk challenge through reviews, analysis, and escalation of operational risks.
• Maintain HR risk profile with key risks, controls, issues, and remediation progress.
• Coordinate with second line and independent assurance teams to align on risk themes.
