Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a seasoned Learning & Leadership professional for APAC IDEA programs and SSC learning initiatives in Hong Kong. You will lead design, delivery, and localization of diversity, equity, and inclusion projects across 11 markets and collaborate with global IDEA teams.

In this role, you will partner with senior leaders and the APAC Learning & Leadership team to implement strategic learning solutions that support rapid growth while maintaining an inclusive culture across

Qualifications

• 5+ years solid training experience, coaching and instructional design.
• 2+ years of DEI work or related experience.
• Advanced education in psychology, sociology, organizational behavior/development, cognitive psychology, or diversity studies.
• Proactive, collaborative project management with multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement IDEA programs across APAC markets.
• Collaborate with global IDEA and regional partners to shape strategy.
• Advise and coach teams and leaders to align with IDEA initiatives.
• Update training assets and learning materials for accuracy and impact.
• Curate new content to elevate diversity and inclusion programs.
• Present as a subject-matter expert at internal/external events.
• Engage senior leaders to ensure alignment with IDEA strategy and measures.
• Research industry trends to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze data on training effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with Communications to develop supporting materials and frameworks.
• Foster an inclusive culture across geographies and adapt core programs for SSC teams.
• Prioritize learning needs with Business Partners and align with APAC leadership enrollment.
