Job summary

lululemon Hong Kong is seeking a Corporate Security & Facilities Manager to lead APAC workplace experience, safety, and vendor management across SSCs and LLOs. You will partner with Global Facilities and regional teams to apply global standards while adapting to local requirements and delivering premium, brand-aligned environments.

You will oversee risk, compliance, projects, and service delivery, manage multi-site operations, and mentor office teams.

Qualifications

• 5 - 8+ years' experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or corporate real estate.
• Experience working in multi-site environments (APAC experience strongly preferred).
• Experience managing vendors and supporting contract performance.
• Experience supporting workplace projects (moves, renovations, upgrades).
• Ability to operate within established global models and deliver locally.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to balance operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC workplace experience strategy and ensure safe, compliant offices.
• Set consistent standards for office supplies and space experience.
• Manage the Hong Kong SSC as the CoE with office coordinators.
• Ensure all touchpoints meet brand standards and support performance.
• Implement global corporate security and safety standards across APAC.
• Adapt global playbooks to local risk, regulatory and legal requirements.
• Support audits, risk reviews, vendor oversight, and corrective action tracking.
• Support implementation of global facilities operating models across APAC.
• Execute service delivery frameworks (SLAs, KPIs) and vendor performance.
• Ensure consistent delivery of service through vendor coordination.
• Partner with Global Facilities to implement playbooks, SOPs, and tools.
• Leverage global resources to support operational efficiency and consistency.
• Share regional feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Support delivery of workplace projects including moves, renovations, and small-scale expansions.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders on project coordination and execution.
• Contribute to workplace planning activities as needed.
• Support compliance with local regulations and company standards across locations.
• Partner with Asset Protection on safety and risk-related processes.
• Coordinate with People & Culture, Legal, and Finance to support operational requirements.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and support contract execution.
• Monitor workplace performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support ongoing enhancements to the workplace experience through data and feedback.
