Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum five years' supervisory HR experience in a sizeable organization.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and China labour laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS implementation experience.
• Fluent in Chinese (Putonghua) and English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and numbers-focused.
• Independent, adaptable and able to lead people-related changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions and provide HR support to business units in HK, Mainland China, Taiwan and Singapore.
• Partner with business managers on workforce planning, recruitment and retention to build a strong talent pool.
• Provide integrated people-management support including advice on performance, rewards and disciplinary matters.
• Support development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
• Coordinate the annual performance appraisal cycle and produce summary reports.
• Plan and organise employee engagement activities to promote team spirit and belonging.
• Collaborate with external providers to design and deliver training programs.
• Support job grading administration and salary benchmarking.
• Administer the HRIS and lead system enhancements.
• Occasional business travel is required.
