Job summary

Commtech Asia is seeking an HR Executive (1 year contract) to join our professional team in North Point, Hong Kong. The role covers recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, benefits, training, performance management and employee relations across the Asia Pacific region.

The incumbent will also handle HR reporting, policy review, administrative tasks and support HR transformation projects, requiring strong communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in HR management or related disciplines.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of the HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full spectrum of HR functions including L&D, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, taxation, MPF and benefits, performance management and employee relations.
• Support Learning & Development initiatives and coordinate training activities.
• Prepare and analyse regular HR reports, participate in market surveys and benchmarking.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and general administrative tasks.
• Support HR transformation projects and cross-regional initiatives.
