Job summary

Binance is seeking a seasoned Government Relations leader to drive regulatory engagement across APAC markets from a remote-first base. You will develop senior-level relationships with regulators, represent Binance in industry bodies, and manage vendor contracts within the APAC GR function.

You will partner with Legal/Policy, oversee budget and P&L, and travel across APAC as needed to advance regulatory conversations and market access for Binance’s global platform.

Qualifications

• Background in government relations or policy advisory.
• Ability to open doors with senior regulators.
• Membership in regional financial industry bodies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and credibility in new environments.
• Willingness to travel across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain senior-level regulator relationships across APAC.
• Establish Binance's presence in regional financial bodies.
• Engage GR agencies to access senior regulatory conversations.
• Represent Binance in stakeholder meetings and gather intelligence.
• Own full contract lifecycle for Government Relations vendors.
• Manage P&L for the APAC GR function and ensure compliance.
• Partner with Legal/Policy for regulatory matters.
