Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior Governance, Policy and Trust & Safety leader to shape content standards, moderation frameworks, and risk management for its global crypto ecosystem. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to align governance with regulations and drive AI-assisted moderation improvements.

You will lead cross‑functional moderation operations, define KPIs, manage vendor relationships at scale, and report on ecosystem health through dashboards and transparency reports.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in trust & safety, content moderation, or governance at a major internet/social platform.
• Deep understanding of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 — able to identify crypto-native risks and bad actors.
• Experience managing moderation teams and vendor relationships at scale.
• Strong policy-writing and decision-making skills under ambiguity.
• Data-driven; comfortable with dashboards, SQL, and operational metrics.
• Fluent English (verbal & written); calm, decisive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and iterate on platform content policies and community guidelines.
• Define moderation standards for crypto-specific content risk and drive policy enforcement frameworks.
• Oversee day-to-day moderation operations, including internal teams and outsourced vendors.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve AI moderation tools, classifiers, and reporting systems.
• Monitor emerging threats and coordinate incident response for high-severity content violations.
• Develop escalation protocols and align governance with global regulatory requirements.
• Define and track governance KPIs and publish transparency insights for leadership.
