Binance, a leading global blockchain company, seeks a creative BAP with a background in instructional design, content creation, or employer branding to collaborate with senior recruiters on employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

You will source candidates, manage postings, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS data in Greenhouse/Lever, and support market mapping to guide hiring strategies. This remote-first role requires English/Mandarin and a degree in HR or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Interest in recruitment and talent strategy; internship is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles.
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards).
• Coordinate interview schedules and collect feedback from candidates.
• Keep ATS data accurate and up-to-date (Greenhouse/Lever).
• Support market mapping and competitor research for hiring strategies.
• Assist employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
• Suggest process improvements based on observations.
