Job summary

Binance is seeking a talented Recruiter to support our global expansion, with a primary focus on technical roles. This is a remote, APAC-time-zone friendly fixed-term contract for 6 months, with potential extension.

You will perform full-cycle recruiting, build a strong candidate experience, and collaborate with HR and hiring managers to improve the hiring process across the organization. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in top-tier Internet companies or agencies.
• Business/Corporate Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficient with modern sourcing and selection techniques.
• Experience with market mapping for global markets or Asia.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve the hiring process.
• Drive or participate in HR projects and initiatives.
• Manage recruiting databases in a structured and timely manner.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through multiple channels.
